Home alone like never

Will I be able to hide from the camera? I am not in the show business, but my business will soon become everyone’s business. But where is business?  
A small percent of staff to rejoin, smaller groups to attend office, digitalization of all services, health services on priority, shops displaying more of health and sanitation products.
The other ideas that are being debated are our socio-political rights. What about freedom, privacy, and individual rights?
On the international level, there might be less cooperation. Will this be the best time to look within? Maybe with fewer options for import and export, we will learn to become practical.
Work from home will mean redefining space in the house. Will people prefer an independent small house, rather than a posh flat in a multi-story building? Home is the best space these days, the best resort, the new retreat.  Even for small medical needs, people are preferring self-test kits at home. Telemedicine may work for them. That also means looking into Cognitive behavioral therapy as so many hours in the same space, especially if family members need emotional support. This also means preparing houses for manmade and natural hazards. In the aftermath of the pandemic, the entrance area will be separated so that we can leave our shoes, clothing, and belongings outside, rather than carry dirt into the living quarters. Going through this space will be the only way into the house for deliveries or guests. Additionally, homes will also be equipped with a lamp that generates ultraviolet radiation, which can kill some harmful organisms, viruses, and bacteria.

 A house self-sufficient in case of a shutdown will be the new normal. Geothermal wells, Satellite internet, and a well-equipped office. One Web and SpaceX were already planning to cover the entire planet. The office space will need to be technically equipped, and sound insulated.

 What about a small indoor garden? In addition to producing food, indoor gardens can provide oxygen. The trend in Phyto walls has been around though not explored fully for interior design.


Will another role of Police and Military will be health care and to fight internal enemy …disease?  How about migrants? When will their fate be resolved? Will they go to their native home, their village?  Urban to Rural for all its advantages basically home. Home the new resort and family the new people to jell with.
Let us create better space and use only that much that we need to live and die.
